Fuel and power problem

I have a 1980 Fiat Spider 2000, It will run great for a while then it will start loosing power like it is being choked of fuel. I already replaced the fuel regulator, Fuel Pump and the filter. The car also takes a little effort to start but once its started once it will start right up for the rest of the day.
Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong ?
